Refund Policy for TechSecy- Effective 20th October 2023

  • Unintended Purchase: If the purchase was made accidentally or without proper authorization.
  • Dissatisfaction: If the product does not meet your expectations, provided it has not been used extensively.

4. Refund Process:

  • Refunds may take a few business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

5. Exceptions:

  • Software Activation: Refunds will not be provided for cybersecurity software that has been activated or used.
  • Downloadable Products: Refunds are not applicable for digital downloads once the download process has commenced.
