1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You may return items within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Return Process

2.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2.2 Returning the Item

3. Refunds
